Device overview

See battery, connectivity, Android version (10–17), last check-in, ownership type (COBO/COPE/BYOD work profile), and compliance badge for every enrolled device. Search and filter by group, tag, model, or OS build without paginating forever.

Overview is the home screen for helpdesk: open a device, confirm it is managed, and jump into policy, apps, or remote actions.

Policy & restrictions

Define baselines that map to Android Enterprise APIs available on Android 10+: password quality, maximum time to lock, camera restriction where supported for corporate-owned devices, unknown sources, factory reset controls, and Wi‑Fi/VPN configuration payloads.

Policies attach to groups. Exceptions are visible so security can review who is non-compliant and why.

Applications

Maintain required apps, optional catalogs, and blocklists. Push managed configurations for line-of-business apps. Track install success and failures per device. Designed for organization-approved software — not silent sideload abuse on personal devices without consent.

Inventory & assets

Hardware model, manufacturer, serial/IMEI when the platform exposes them, storage, RAM class, security patch level, and custom asset tags for finance reconciliation. Export CSV for audits.

Kiosk / dedicated devices

Lock-task and dedicated device modes keep shared Android hardware on approved apps for retail POS, warehouse scanners, and lobby tablets. Idle reset returns the device to a clean session.

Remote admin actions

From the panel, authorized admins can lock a device, request reboot, send a lost-mode style message where supported, or issue corporate/full wipe. Every action records who did it, when, and an optional reason code for later review.

Note: BTMOB does not market hidden agents, secret screen streaming without enterprise disclosure, or personal message interception. Use only on devices you are legally allowed to manage.

Logs & reports

Admin audit trail, enrollment history, policy assignment changes, and compliance summaries. Schedule exports for monthly security reviews.

Admin & access

Create roles for super-admin, group admin, and read-only auditor. Optional dual-control for mass wipe on Source/Enterprise deployments. Prefer SSO where you integrate identity (implementation depends on your hosting).
